How to Download Games In TapTap

When you’re browsing games in TapTap, you’ll see a prominent “Get” button. If the game is free, this button will direct you to your default app store (Play Store for Android or the Apple App Store for iOS).

If the game has a price, the button will display the cost instead.

For Android users, you might also see the TapTap icon, which allows you to download the game’s APK directly. This option is not available on iOS due to Apple’s restrictions on alternative app stores (though there are some alternatives in the EU).

To use TapTap for downloading, first, you’ll need to download the premium version of the TapTap app. Once installed, the full version will set its download link as the default. For games you don’t own, the button will show “Download.” For games you already have, it will show “Play,” similar to the Play Store. Additionally, TapTap will display the size of APK files before you start the download.

By switching to the “You” tab at the bottom of the app, you can view and manage your installed games, including checking for updates.
